‘Je Pleure Pour La Planete'

‘I Cry For The Planet’ is symbolic of our planet earth , there is a textured ‘marbled’ backdrop offering sparse symbolism, and the gestural form encompassing it is seemingly ethereal yet laden in hope despite an underlying sadness. 


Imperfections unfold as textures & multi-layering abstract painting techniques figure prominently in the transformation of the ‘big blue marble’ seen as the ‘backdrop’ to this piece but could be the forefront, generating significance through motion evoking ethereal qualities . 


This piece speaks to the fragile nature of our existence in the face of hurried detrimental decisions effecting all facets of life in a somewhat perilous quest…for what? So much at stake. At a new breaking point where uncharted globalization and technological advancements are the tipping points. 


Rather than feeling overwhelmed maybe it’s time to dial it back…reflect, lean into our communities, our environment & work together where we can make a difference. Small incremental steps to big change.

Empowering feminist themes are often addressed through my work. A visual entryway to open social discourse and promote women through art activism challenging the status quo, as well as tackling stereotypes and double standards. The paper doll series is an empowering body of artwork that uniquely addresses the objectification of women and how that is changing with the advancements in technology revolving around AI transforming our own perceptions of the world we live in today. Exploring that reality and somewhere just outside of it displacing the objectification into a hybrid robotic fractured existence.

    As these are custom order professional artist prints, each print is handmade to order on a professional printer. Therefore the turn around is within 2-4 weeks. As soon as it is ready, it ships standard delivery anywhere in the US. At which time, a notification is sent.

  • Can I Return or Cancel my Order?

    As these are Custom Professional Artist Prints they are made to order. Unfortunately, there are no cancellations after 24 hours. If you reach out within 24 hours of placing your order at JennyInkArt@duck.com will do whatever possible to assist prior to print in progress. 


    There are no refunds.  However, if by some chance the order arrives damaged upon arrival you can send an image of the packaging along with the item upon arrival  to JennyInkArt@duck.com, we will review and notify you if we can arrange for a replacement.
